Payment can be done on two ways: by charging your credit card or by transfer from your bank to the bank account of Van Linh Galleries in Hanoi, Vietnam.

1. Charging credit card

Please print out the order form, fill it in and send it by fax it to Van Linh Galleries

II. Packing and shipping

The art works will be packed by Van Linh Galleries and send from Hanoi to destinations anywhere in the world by DHL or Fedex.

Paintings on canvas or paper will normally be removed from the frame, rolled carefully and covered with soft paper before they are placed inside the strong plastic tube. In case the painting is still wet, it will be kept flat in the stretchers, packed with a wood board (keep distance to the surface of a painting) and covered with a carton. Then it will be placed inside a wood box.

For lacquer paintings, they will be wrapped with paper and a thick layer of bubble – plastic before covered with cardboard and put in the wood box.

III. Insurance

All art works will be insured. Insurance costs for transportation by DHL or Fedex in 2% of value of art works. In case of damage or loss, the amount paid to Van Linh Galleries will be reimbursed to the customer.
